Marjorie M. Dixon

Marjorie M. Dixon is an Ann Arbor native, and attended both undergraduate and Law School at the University of Michigan. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1990. Ms. Dixon began her practice in Grand Rapids, but heeded the irresistible draw of Ann Arbor and family, moving back to Ann Arbor to join Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick in 1994. 

Attorney Dixon is now a partner with the firm, specializing in business and real estate law. In her real estate practice, she has assisted many clients in buying, selling, and financing commercial properties and homes. Ms. Dixon has developed expertise in both residential and commercial leasing.

In her business practice, Attorney Dixon routinely assists with the formation of new businesses, including limited liability companies and corporations. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing business and employment contracts, representing established businesses, and addressing human resources issues. Marjorie has assisted numerous clients in the sale of a business, and values the opportunity to work one-on-one with each client. It is her goal to meet each client’s particular needs in a timely and practical manner.

Bachelor of Arts with distinction, 1985, University of Michigan; Juris Doctor, (cum laude), 1990, University of Michigan Law School.
