Erik Duenas
Mr. Duenas has been a civil litigation attorney since being admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 1999 and has litigated throughout the State of Michigan in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, he was the managing attorney for an insurance staff counsel office and supervised Michigan litigation. Mr. Duenas has significant first chair experience in numerous courtroom trials and arbitration trials. He has attained a wide variety of litigation experience from handling matters such as construction litigation, declaratory actions, indemnity and additional insured disputes, third party cases, first party Michigan No-Fault (PIP) cases, fire losses, property damage and premises liability matters.
Mr. Duenas has a great deal of experience in ADR. He serves as a case evaluator in Wayne and OaklandCounties and has regular appointments on arbitration panels. He has also been appointed as a Special Mediator in Wayne County.
