Karl R. Frankena
Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan; admitted to Michigan Bar, 1964; served as law clerk on Michigan Court of Appeals for two years, 1965-67.
Karl R. Frankena has been actively involved in community organizations and was a founding member and the first chairperson of the Huron Valley Group of the Sierra Club (1968-1972), has served as a member, chair and secretary of the Ann Arbor Township Planning Commission (1972-1988) and as a director of the Washtenaw Land Trust (1974-2006).

Bachelor of Arts with distinction in 1961, University of Michigan; Juris Doctor, 1964, University of Michigan.

Representation of condominium and homeowners associations in the interpretation and enforcement of their organizational documentation.
