“My goal as a business attorney is to provide cost effective services to each client by dedicating myself to producing quality services in a timely fashion, and establishing clear lines of communication with my clients to ensure their needs are met.”

Tom practiced as a business and estate planning attorney and commercial litigator for two years after his 1982 admission to the State Bar of Michigan. During that period of his career, Tom decided that his skills as a business and estate planning attorney would be supplemented by becoming a CPA. Tom joined the national accounting firm of Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) in 1984 and rejoined the practice of law shortly after satisfying examination and practice requirements for CPA certification. Tom believes that his background in litigation, business law, estate planning and accounting make him uniquely qualified to better appreciate his clients' business and personal goals and to better appreciate the myriad of business and personal issues affecting the attainment of such goals.
