Joseph W. Phillips
Mr. Phillips has been involved in a wide variety of civil litigation matters since he was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1982. He has tried cases in both the state and federal courts and has handled appellate matters in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and the 6th Circuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals.
He has served as a mediator and case evaluator in Washtenaw County since 1984. He is AV Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest peer recognition for both ethical standards and legal ability.
