Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C. is pleased to announce that Albert L. Balewski has joined the firm to further bolster its transactional and real-estate practice. Mr. Balewski’s work will focus on real estate development, land-use planning, zoning, and construction-law matters for clients throughout Michigan.
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mr. Balewski earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan. He previously served as legal counsel for a regional developer, where he managed large-scale land-use projects and complex zoning negotiations.
Albert’s combination of planning background and real-estate experience gives our clients a strong strategic advantage. We are pleased to welcome him to the CMP team.
