Ms. Neff brings extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation, products liability, general commercial liability, construction defects, workers’ compensation, and appeals, including multiple jury and bench-trial verdicts and Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions.
Originally practicing in New Mexico for 12 years as a partner in a civil-defense firm, Ms. Neff is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) and her Bachelor of Health Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
