Amanda R. Wanty is an Associate at Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C., where she focuses on corporate governance and formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, commercial and real estate transactions, and estate planning.
Amanda advises clients on deal structuring, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements. Before joining CMP Law in 2026, she practiced at Honigman LLP in Detroit, where she developed her transactional practice. She moved back to Dexter to raise her family and brings both large-firm training and local roots to her work with businesses and individuals across Washtenaw County.
Amanda earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she also served as a law clerk in the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, summa cum laude, from Indiana University.
