Amanda R. Wanty is a transactional attorney focused on corporate governance and formation matters, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, commercial transactions, real estate transactions and other general corporate matters. Her practice includes advising clients on deal structuring, regulatory compliance, due diligence review, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements and related documentation.

Amanda joined Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick, P.C., in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at Honigman, LLP in Detroit before moving back to Dexter to raise her family. Amanda earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and her Bachelor of Social Work, summa cum laude, from Indiana University. During her time in law school, Amanda also served as a law clerk in the University of Michigan Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.
