Dennis R. Valenti was born in Royal Oak, Michigan and raised in Saline, Michigan. He has over thirty years of experience in estate planning, the administration of estates and trusts, probate, business succession planning and business law. Mr. Valenti’s estate planning practice includes representing moderate sized estates to those approaching 100 million dollars.
As a former university instructor, Mr. Valenti prides himself on educating clients in a clear and understandable manner. Mr. Valenti’s background in finance and law allows him to uniquely view client matters and provide a more comprehensive set of solutions.
Attorney Valenti earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit. He is an active participant in continuing legal education, and has accumulated nearly 50 hours of advanced continuing legal education each year.
Mr. Valenti has held faculty positions with Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University, and has published in the Journal of Investing.
