Neil J. Juliar is Of Counsel at Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C., where he concentrates on complex employment and contract litigation. Born and raised in Detroit, Neil has focused his career on high-stakes civil disputes since entering private practice more than five decades ago.
Neil earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Dartmouth College. He has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan since 1973.
