Estate Planning Associate:
Our Estate Planning Group is seeking an attorney to join our growing team. You would be part of a collegial practice that includes seven estate planning attorneys who collaborate closely to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients. We emphasize a team approach—working together and alongside our clients and their professional advisors—to deliver thoughtful and effective plans. Our estate planning attorneys also benefit from strong cross-practice support through the firm’s real estate and transactional practices, which allows us to assist clients seamlessly on matters that span multiple areas of law.
Insurance Defense Associate:
The firm is seeking skilled insurance defense associates to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to handle first-party, third-party, No-Fault, subrogation, and coverage disputes for a wide variety of clients and carriers. We value exemplary research and writing skills, the ability to independently manage cases and adhere to deadlines, and professionalism and timeliness in communications and work product. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Michigan. At least three years of civil litigation experience, particularly in the areas of insurance defense and coverage matters, is preferred.
Corporate Transactions Attorney:
Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C. is seeking an attorney to join our business law practice in Ann Arbor. The position focuses on representing closely held businesses in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, ownership and governance issues, contract drafting and negotiation, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. The attorney in this role will work directly with clients across a variety of industries and will be involved in matters from initial planning through implementation and long-term advisory support.

Candidates should have 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice. Experience working directly with business owners and management teams is helpful. Admission to the Michigan Bar (or eligibility for admission) is required.
Experience with private equity transactions, real estate matters, or a background in business, finance, or accounting is welcome but not required.
Ties to Ann Arbor or Southeast Michigan are preferred. Fully remote arrangements are not being considered.
