Conlin, McKenney & Philbrick, P.C. is pleased to announce that Curtiss D. Flexter has joined the firm to further strengthen its complex litigation and insurance-defense practice. Mr. Flexter will focus primarily on insurance defense, general tort liability, insurance-coverage litigation, and commercial litigation.
Born and raised in Spencerville, Ohio, Mr. Flexter graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013.
Mr. Flexter has demonstrated strong litigation acumen and an ability to handle complex coverage and liability matters. We are delighted to welcome him to our team and believe his growth will enhance our litigation practice.
